The BEERFL syndicate witnessed a reckoning in Week 4, with discarded players turning executioners in a series of brutal boomerang betrayals. The carnage was headlined by BEERFL D2: 2 Fast 2 Beerious, where four jettisoned talents; Chase Brown (14.6 pts), Chris Olave (18.1), Javonte Williams (30.3), and Malik Nabers (21.7); combined to haunt their former benches in a 10.4-point margin of vengeance.

Commissioner JayP weighed in with trademark bravado: "Tremendous performances, really tremendous. Nobody drops players like these guys; nobody. Many people are saying it's the greatest revenge week in BEERFL history. Believe me."

The collateral damage was severe. DasLein, JayP, and ztranch absorbed direct hits from their former assets, but the week's true casualty was coach 600586236817637376, who suffered a clean sweep across all four leagues. Coach Shields, fresh off a 0.44-point heartbreaker in BEERFL D2, was tersely philosophical: "Left points on the bench like a diner leaving tips for bad service. Nico Collins and T.J. Hockenson? Should've started 'em. My fault."

Meanwhile, BEERFL Exhibition 2026 became a QB quagmire. Drake Maye's benching backfired spectacularly as Marcus Mariota's 9.2-point dud left coaches scrambling. "Thought we were playing chess," grumbled Coach Coey after a 23-point loss. "Turns out we were playing checkers with half the pieces."

The syndicate's paper tigers roared loudest in BEERFL Dynasty, where bench explosions couldn't mask starter shortages. Coach Powers, despite 42.3 combined points from Collins and Hockenson on the pine, fell by 18: "Bench mob showed up. Starters? Ghosted us. Unacceptable."

Commissioner JayP, ever the showman, capped the week with a decree: "We are winning bigly, folks. These boomerang saboteurs? Very unfair to the losers; total disasters. But that's BEERFL. The best league. Maybe ever."

As Week 5 looms, one truth is undeniable: in the BEERFL syndicate, revenge isn't just a dish best served cold; it's served on the stat sheet.
